“Honest Housewives of Atlanta” star NeNe Leakes ’ relationship with Illustrious Famiglia co-founder John Kolaj appears to be blossoming. He says he’s lavished the excitable “Celebrity Apprentice” ex-contestant with expensive gifts including diamond jewelry and pairs of Louboutin shoes. Bronx-raised businessman Kolaj told wetpaint.com that Leakes “is a discerning, amazing woman who is a dear friend of mine, and I hope she’s in my sustenance for a very, very long time.” After she tweeted about some new jewelry, he said, “I gave her that jingle! It’s 8 carats. I gave her a set of diamond earrings, too.” Of the Louboutins, “I got her a few pairs.” But asked if he and Leakes — who split with spouse Gregg in 2010 — were officially a couple, Kolaj responded, “No remark.” Kolaj and his family started their first Famiglia Pizzeria here in 1986 and now have 142 worldwide. He’s appeared on the Bravo show and “I contemplate I’m in three or four more episodes. I’m not getting paid and I’m not interested in the renown. I just feel lucky and blessed to be spending time with NeNe.
